Project Overview
Aspect has been involved with automated well test measurement (AWT) since 1990. In 2003, we were key Architect in the development of a standardized well-testing platform that would accommodate Aera’s different PLCs and present a standard interface for prioritizing and downloading well test sequences to the various AWT PLCs, as well as collecting completed well tests, managing well status, etc. The resulting platform managed well testing for hundreds of AWTs, and thousands of wells.
